The Chalkboard restaurant has been a part of Tulsa's history since the 1970s and as a part of a multimillion dollar renovation the new and improved Chalkboard restaurant arrived in the spring of 1999.
The interior of The Chalkboard has changed from those early years. The restaurant now sports a fairly open kitchen for glimpses of the chefs creating dishes that please the senses.
The Chalkboard remains a bustling cafe dressed in a warm sunlit palette of burgundy and golds, slender rectangular tables dressed with white linens and informal arrangement of fresh flowers make it a wonderfully easy for all guests to reach and taste all dishes at the table, though some may not be inclined to share!
